In general, products are restocked within a week. If you have specific products in mind, our support team can assist you in reserving them once they are restocked.
The products come with a one-year limited warranty, effective from the date of manufacture or purchase. If a vape is replaced, the replacement will be covered for the remainder of the original warranty period.
Elf Bar only guarantees the vape against defects in materials and workmanship that occur under normal conditions and use.

A great product I first purchased Elf Bras in the US and was glad to see that I could purchase them in Australia online. I really like them and have given up my refillable vape. The only problem is that every now and again (one in twenty?) I get a defective vape that either doesn’t work, leaks or makes a fizzing sound even when I’m not using it. No vape product is perfect but this is the best and most convenient and satisfying of all the vapes I’ve tried. I’m converted!
