For the majority of regions in Australia, delivery usually takes 2-5 business days. However, remote areas may require an extra 2-3 days. If you need more accurate timings, don’t hesitate to contact us.

In addition to the outer packaging, our products come with the inner packaging. If the parcel’s packaging is broken, please open the package to check if the product is also broken. If the product packaging is not damaged, you can still use it. However, if the product is damaged, please take a video and contact our customer service at [email protected] within 48 hours. Our customer service staff will reply to your email within 24 hours (working days).

In general, products are restocked within a week. If you have specific products in mind, our support team can assist you in reserving them once they are restocked.

The products come with a one-year limited warranty, effective from the date of manufacture or purchase. If a vape is replaced, the replacement will be covered for the remainder of the original warranty period.

Elf Bar only guarantees the vape against defects in materials and workmanship that occur under normal conditions and use.
